Financial advisor to Empresas SB on the sale of Medipharm, the group's only pharmaceutical laboratory, to Brazilian laboratory Eurofarma. Medipharm markets more than 140 pharmaceuticals, mainly in the neurological, respiratory and gastrointestinal categories. In 2017, it inaugurated its state-of-the-art pharmaceutical plant in Santiago’s Pudahuel district, with 13,700 m2 and a production capacity of 1.3 million units per month. Empresas SB is a specialized group dedicated to deliver a wide range of products and services in the field of health and beauty.
